Flying Fox territorial?

My fox keeps harassing my barbs, which ends up with them hiding in my java fern. My other fox in the smaller tank also keeps bumping my bronze cory.
Is this something I should worry about? I reckoned the fox cant hurt them coz hes got an underslung mouth without teeth.
He doesn't bother my big pleco though

The Rainbow shark i had in my old community tank was the same, it seemed some times he'd go out of his way just to chase my mollys and bristle nose plec around. But i was told the shark family are bullys. At the moment i have a red tail shark but he's with bigger fish and he's fine.
