I do not believe this is photoshop. You guys have realize that when posting pics on the net after a pic has been sharpened artifacts are produced esspecially when a pic has been sharpened. Understanding sharpening will help you see why there is an outline around some things when looked from a monitor, especially when an image is resized and so forth.
