FM Grow out

My fns are doing very well in their new grow out and like both flake food (if I sink it) and pelleted food but their primary diet is live brine. I have a pretty steady supply of live brine but is there a reason that I should be trying to move them off of it?
Would appreciate your input.

I would personally provide different verity of foods. I feed my fry crushed flakes, frozen crushed brine and bloodworms with occasional beefheart.
