nice tank set up and the colours on your cichlids are awesome, you could have a couple more simular sized fish in there, i would go for a GT, a nic and another simular sized cichlid.....iam going to pick some fish up on friday too, i need to start stocking my 120:)

Thank you. I will postpics of the new fish when I get them....I CANT WAIT!!! :nilly:

very nice maybe add some more fish?

I think I'm going to pick up the following fish:

1 salvini (female I hope)
1 GT (Male I hope)
2 more Firemouths?

I considered carpintis but have been told they're a real handful so i decided against them. Plan is to stock heavily to spread agression, and I have very good filtration with 2 AC110's

Thanks everyone

Yeah carpinte can be a hand full so I wouldn't recommend them with FM's at all. Why not just go JD or GT and a Carpinte. The carp. will defniately be top dog but at least the mates can survive with one. I am sure though you would want to keep your FM so do a salvini and another FM.

Figured you'd show up sooner or later... :D I took your advice from the other thread on Texas that i started. Don't want the headaches of a carpintis so I bailed on that idea. sticking with salvini, GT, and FM at this point as I have experience with all of them already

just called the LFS and guess what.......they have a nice 5-6" GT!!!! :headbang2

Hope its a male! Should be able to add all the fish right after my water change so there are no defined territories
