FNG...hey

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
It seems like that tank is somewhere around 55 gallon area, and the foot print at that, is way too small for any Arowana.

Hiya Zennzzo, hiya and welcome to MFK!
Now for the bad news, your tank is a 35 gallon (long), It is adequete for an aro up to at max. 10" long, they grow fairly quiclky and easily exceed 24" long in a home tank, IMO you will need a tank of at least 100g (wide) or better yet a 150g (long), to house an aro for life.
Plan on an upgrade soon.

Welcome bro! Nice to see another WA member. I am located in Aberdeen WA about 2 hrs west of you.
So you must know about "Marshalls" huh?
I'd really like to find a place with a better selection...any ideas?
BTW westport wa. 98595. :headbang2
I use Seattle cause nobody ever heard of wasteport! :screwy:

You can always grow it out first, but i agree with P45, a 6 foot long tank
is the bare minimum after a year.

Westport for dungies, greenling, and rockfish. John's river for sand dabs and steelhead, saltmarsh right across from Oceanspray for elk, Bigelow's hill for deer, Grey's harbor college for cut throat, etc.
