Well I have been hunting and searching for somthing diffrent than SA cichlids, somthing that I could just use my well water to do wc's with on the 215 im planning. (well is 0 on amm. nitrite. nitrate. phosphate, ph is 8.6, DH/KH are both 8) However a reef set up is a bit out of my price range atm. So that led me to to africans which I wasnt too impressed with at first (all a bit small) but I was at the LFS and the guy showed me some of the Frontosa's they had, absalutely beautiful! and fit the bill to a T. I have been doing tons of reading this evening and was thinking maybe 13 total fonts for a 215. Am I being a bit over zelous on the stocking? or would this be a manageable/comfy number for that sized tank?

Dude go for it! I'm pretty sure 13 would be alright in a 215 with adequate filtration. My buddy has a 180 with 14 all over 8" with two breeding pairs, no problems. I have 12 in my 265 (from that buddy) and love them. They are such a great fish and very personable. If you wanna see any pictures let me know.
Well I dont think filtration will be a problem, I plan on running a 75g sump and Im hopeing to get about 5x actual turnover. In the sump I plan on trying to get one of those nifty algae scrubbers running. If that for some reason isnt enuff I could always toss an FX5 on to supplament.
Filt should be sufficient just make sure to structure your tank with lots of line of sight blockers
