What's the best food for a 7 inch frontosa any advice welcome

Nls sinking pellets as a staple, and shrimp and earthworms as treats now and then are mainly what i feed mine.

They're carnivorous in nature, so high quality pellets + shrimp, worms or clean feeders a couple of times per week...

I used to feed my colony cull bettas back in the day. Both were slow swimming, so it worked out
