Flakes, frozen foods and a variety of pellets. My brother used NLS growth pellets and frozen blood worms occasionally when he had 1 inch comps. They went crazy over the food.

I have 6 comps that are 1 in and i have been feeding them seachem nutridiet fish eggs and shrimp and they seem to love it i just find it hard to feed them in my tank as it is tall

I feed mine cyclop eeze pellets, Omega one flakes, frozen brine, live brine, and bloodworms.

nls growth is awesome, but also good frozen foods help a lot
