Would flukers turtle diet, cichlid staple, cichlid gold, bloodworms, raw shrimp, and frozen thawed raw silvesides be a good cichlid diet?

Not an expert but right away I say NO to the Flukers turtle diet. Look at the first couple of ingredients: Corn, fish meal, poultry meal, soybean meal, corn gluten meal
Lots of crappy fillers in it!

There are a lot of differences.

Just give them a varied diet of pellets, imho.
