food for a 3inch knife

I have a 3inch clown knife and all he eats are blood worms.. and now my palmas polli only eats them to.. i had it on pellets (floating carnivore) but i guess blood worms are tastier lol.

So what i know i can feed him is shrimp, silver sides

Now i dont eat sea food so i dont go looking in that section of the food store,
so can someone name what kind of fish/shrimp are good

Most grocery store shrimp is all roughly the same with similar nutritional value. Just make sure it has no preservatives. Buy single frozen shrimp tails or whole shrimp/prawn if possible, dont use the cocktail shrimp rings ment for human consumption.
