I don't know if this is the right section for this question, two part question.

1- Like to know what you might think is the best food to feed african ciclids to bring out their colors. Maybe where you get it.

2- Also, like to know some hints to grow your cichlids the fastest. Maybe some tips.

Thank You for your time

Omega One also has some good color enhancing foods. I would say mix that with different frozen foods to bring out max color.

I like Hikari Cichlid BioGold. I get it at PetSmart. In the store, it's $19.99 per bag. If you print out PetSmart's webpage with the BioGold, it's only $8.49. Take this in the store and they'll price match their own website. They may not like it, but it is their store policy. If they give you any static, ask to see a manager.

But, it works great for my Africans. I wish I could find the larger pellet size for my CA/SA's.

***EDITED TO ADD***
To grow them faster, you can feed them more often and do water changes more often. How often depends on how many fishes, how big they are, tanks size, and filtration. You can also bump the temps up a little. It will speed up their metabolism. I keep mine at 82 degrees. Raising the temperature also lowers the oxygen in the water. Be sure to have plenty of aeration to offset this.
