Food for JD?

Just wondering what you all feed your JDs?

Freeze dried krill,market prawn,Cichlid gold,carnivore pellets,Feeder about once evrey month

Hikari Staple, spirulina, brine shrimp, and occasionally ghost shrimp (but I cut off the heads before I feed them to my JD)

Brine shrimp, they love blood worms.

Don't forget frozen mysis, live black worms (I rinse them before feeding), and cichlid sticks.
The question should be, what won't they eat?

Mines pretty much ONly earthworms, bloodworms, and Sometimes he snacks on pieces of brine shrimp if he can get a clump worth the energy..
