food for monster fish

so iam wondering how often should i feed my spotted gar , arowana and tiger shovelnose catfish. what are the foods that will boost each of thesr fishes growth rates

seriously I swear I have seen this thread like 5 times recently. Why can't you just get this information from a quick google search ?

anything high in protein will make the fish grow fast, gars predominantly eat feeders (at least mine only does), arowana like floating sticks, TSN like massivore or another high protein sinking pellet (if it stinks its probably good for them)

For a staple, many would suggest Hikari Massivores and fishes dig it.
