A HOUSE
I HAVE A 3YEAR OLD RTG AND I'VE ALWAYS FED IT JUST MEAL WORMS.
MY QUESTION IS DOES THE COLOR OF THE FISH HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH ITS DIET? AND IF SO CAN YOU GUYS SUGGEST ANYTHING THAT WILL BRING OUT THE COLOR MORE...

THANX .. ROB

Feeding just mealworms isnt a very good diet. And yes certain foods do help with certain colors. Clean water also helps with the color aswell. You should try feeding shrimp, krill, crickets, and some short of high quality pellets. If your fish wont eat pellets which im sure he wont since all hes been eatting is mealworms then you will either starve him till he does or get him to eat shrimp first then stuff the shrimp with the pellets. You could also gutload the crickets by feeding them carrots, apples, spinach,or fish pellets before you feed them to your aro.
