Food for Plecos!!!

whats the best type of food for a pleco apart from algae!! i put cucumber in and he loves that! is thgere anythin else?!?!

i put in sinking krill pellets in before i shut off the lights. just got rid or 2 that were 16 inches. and they loved to go to the top to grab the cihclid pellets

This is important, different plecos have different diets. Some eat need meat, some need vegetation, and some need wood to have a healthy digestive system.

but you still need to know what kind of pleco you have to know what ratios of those different foods to feed.

i know there is a sticky, but i couldnt find the specifics on the websites mentioned in it. whats a good diet for a rubbernose pleco other than cucumber?
