Food for rams

What is the best food to give rams? I'm currently feeding them nutri-fin max and Omega one flakes ,as well as shrimp pellets,they seem to spit most of the food out. I've had them for about 3 weeks now aand they are still alive , so I'm assuming that they are eating something.

yeah frozen foods. I also soak Spectrum pellets so they sink to them.

Yup I ususally feed mine nls pellets and they seem to like them alot and maybe if I am feeling like I got money that day I'll get brine shrimp or ghost shrimp =)
