Food for silver Aro...

Just wondering what pellet/stick people are feeding their silvers...I'm using Hikari Foodsticks.

NLS extra lg. formula and mega fish formula. With a few NLS Thera-A not intended for them... 3 and 6mm pellets mixed for their tankmates. Just my experinces, but after changing to NLS from hikari foodsticks, I have not had heathier and more active/personable arowanas ever. My aro's used to get sick of the hikari foodsticks irritating me by fasting. While with NLS I don't have that problem and they hit the pellets like they are going after live food!
