I've been feeding Wardley Shrimp Pellets lately. Right on the package it says "Helps maintain clean water", well this is simply untrue. They quickly dissolve into a fine dust that gets everywhere, and as far as I can tell stays in that form even after digestion. This is a big problem in my bare bottom tank.
Problem is, my fish love them, especially my small catfish who are a little small for things like Sinking Carnivore. Whats a good sinking food for tiny cats like a Madtom that wont make a complete mess?

live /frozen is less messy always

my catfish loves that stove, thats the only thing i can get my stripped raphael catfish out in the open in daylight. just dont over feed. corys love it since they break apart so easy. if you dont want it send it to me :)

HBH's shrimp pellets are pretty good from a don't break apart standpoint...but as stated definately try to get away from the Wardley not much nutrition to put up with the mess

Wardley? I think in the dictionary 'Wardley' is a synonym for 'Don't buy it'.

+1 HBH! It's actually made of food.

HBH? Nothing comes to mind from that acronym, but I haven't slept much lately so if someone would clue me in....
I got the Wardley stuff because after going to three separate fish stores it was the only small sinking food I could find. I do frozen every now and then but its pricey and takes up freezer space so that others here complain.

HBH makes alot of rep/herp stuff as a general rule.. not fish stuff ;) .. around here it's a yellow container w/ a brown twist lid. I like it.. my bumblebee cats absolutely love Prime Reef flakes by Ocean Nutrition. They won't touch anything else anymore 'cept baby mollies from the tanks molly population >.<.. But I agree w/ HBH if you want "shrimp pellets" -.-... even my pygmy cory's prefer those flakes..

In my 30 gal I feed a mix of cichlid flakes, broken up Freeze dried krill, freeze dried blood worms, freeze dried brine shrimp.
I have 4 cory cats, 3 small syn. cats, 2 small CL, a small spotted raphael,. 3" royal pleco, and 2 1" weather loaches. They keep the bottom very clean.
I have two double bio-bag filters on it, water params and clarity are great!
