food ..limpet meat?

anyone feed their catfish limpet meat?

im guessing its fine but just thought id check?

any tips how to prepare?

im guessing either scoop it out raw?
or chuck in boiling water for thirty seconds then they fall out?
(feed once cooled for a bit or freeze and defrost when needed)

thinking opting for the boiling water tbh to kill any parsites.





any info appreciated.
