My buddy Kirby is the rep for Hikari in Southern California. I was told Hikari doesn't have an employee who monitors message board daily. Yes, they will answer questions you may have, but they cannot stay on top of every post. I can alert Kirby and maybe he can hop on and answer your questions or figure out a way to answer your questions.
