what would be the best food to pump aro body mass? Frogs? Superworm? Market shrimp?

I've had good results with superworms and market shrimp. Seen others have good results as well.

One simple technique is to find out what your Aro likes the most. Give that as much along with the supplements (pellets). Also dont overfeed too, it may cause other health and water parameter issues.
