Food Varieties....what r u guys feedin' 'em?

New at the Africans, what are the best brand of flakes and pellets? What else do you feed Africans? I saw a video on Youtube with a dried piece of seaweed...it was insane, they devoured a 3x6 piece in 3 mins. Any suggestions? I heard to stay away from bloodworms.

I'm not sure what you mean by "are they for real?", but I have seen dats and aros take pellets.

I feed strictly pellets other than the occasional zucchini slice or market shrimp, depending on the fish.

I feed NLS for all fish. My Fronts once in a great while get a market shrimp...but otherwise that is all.

My mbuna get NLS, veggie flakes and fresh zucchini as a treat.

Tangs other then Tropheus/Petrochromis, blood worms, brine & above foods.
