WHATS THE BEST FOOD TO FEED SOUTH AMERICAN CICHLIDS AND FLOWERHORN'S ALSO LOOKING FOR CHING-MIX AND GRAND SUMO IN N.Y.C AND LONGISLAND

In my opinion, there is no single best food. You have to vary the food diet so your fish gets different vitamins from different sources.

can you give my a price and does anybody know what kind of flower horns they sell down there and if there good or not

You can also place an order with James at Flowerhorn Craze. I joined there club for free and got a good discount on the Chingmix SP80. I paid 18 bucks for 250G of food, plus 4-5 bucks shipping. He also has a new formula SP100 that is supposed to bring out the color a lot. I'm not sold on the color pellets because I feed a good amount of krill and bloodworms so I really don't have a great need for it.

Hey. our transshipper in nyc, Kevin, just opened a store. It's called golden aquatic or something like that on woodside ave. He sells 125g for 15 each or 2 for 25. good price if you ask me, you don't have to go through shipping and all that.

i have tried alot of different foods and one of the cheaper foods that i have seen bring out reds is hikari gold/bio gold. i have fed more expensive foods made from better quality ingredients, but for the money, i think hikari gives alot of color for your dollar. i haven't tried gsumo or ching yet. dainichi ultima, color fx, primary krill are all good foods too. look for foods with astaxanthin. it is a natural color enhancer. cyclopeze is supposed to work well too, but i haven't tried this.

thank's guy for all this advice! now if you newyorker out there can tell me if china town has good flowerhorn's and where that would be great
