Can u give africans turkey heart or liver. my mother inlaw wants to feed it to her fish but is scared to.

turkey is for pilgrims, stick with prepared foods. Rift lake cichlids will bloat right up

Prepared foods are best. NLS is best in my opinion, and hikari is good too. Contact Pharaoh has really good deals on NLS. But veggies like squash, romaine, spinach are good too, my Africans love it.
