what is the best food to feed my blood parrots and turquise severums to bring out their color?

right now i feed them cichlid sticks and 2 times a week blood worms.

also i heard alot of this hikari brand where do you buy it from?

I think NLS is one of the best foods on the market. Hikari is sold almost everywhere around here. NLS is harder to find.
