OK heres the question.

When I reach the bottom of the can, (I feed flakes to my guys),
the bottom of the can is almost like power it makes a mess when I feed,, How can I save this, can i mix it with something?

I use that to feed fry...

I split up the bulk of the flakes/food & only keep about a wk's worth in 1 container while keeping the rest in the deep freeze. Of course the idea is to reduce the amount of weight that exacerbates the crushing of the flake, which is also effected by the removal/agitation of the food from the cont. at feeding time. Make since hope so I started this, when I started buying in bulk & once had an opportunity to ask Ad Koning's, what was 1 of the best step's we could take to increase the health of our fish, w/ out hesitation he said, freeze any more food then about a week's worth at a time because it quickly loses it nutritional value possibly leading to weakened immune sys. Made since, so I did & in doing so I started to realize that there wasn't sooo much wasted dust at the bttm of the container's. This doesn't eliminate it all together, but it really seems to reduce it quite a bit. Hope it helps
