WSSV and YHV, however, freeze-drying should eliminate these diseases (general rule of thumb, don't feed any crustaceans to other crustaceans unless thoroughly freeze-dried or cooked at high temperatures).
I'm not sure how commonly Brine Shrimp are infected, I know it's no where near as prevalent as in other species of crustaceans. But they are susceptible and are vectors for the diseases. But as long as they are cooked or freeze-dried you should be fine.
