foods adequate for my midevil

I am looking to expand on my midevils menu. ive found the following stick foods that sound ok but im after some opinions from more experienced midevil guys:

this would be on top of hikari cichlid gold sinking pellets (fed for breakfast everyday), hikari algae wafers, frozen bloodworm and eventually crickets/mealworms etc.

Honestly, some of the pelleted foods are so good now you need little or nothing else. I feed almost entirely with New Life Spectrum pellets. If that's not available try Omega. Even Hikari is adequate in most cases.

I know a local discus breeder that swears by earthworm flakes, so they would make a good addition.
