foot long cat

My freind wants to give me a foot long cat that looks like the tiger stripes.He tries to say its called a flat heat cat that doesnt get much larger>Am I the only one that thinks hes full of kitty poop?

Its a Tiger Shovelnose which will get larger than a foot

if its head is shaped like a rectangle. then it is a tiger shovel nose and will get bigger.
but if it is a flat head it will also get bigger.
