for a 4' x 3' x 30" (h) acrylic tank, should I go 1/2" or 3/4" thickness sheet?

I would go 1/2inch.... Ihave a 10ft x 4ft x 30inches high tank built by
Tenecor and it is 3/4inch......your tank is allot smaller

but on the other hand it's the height that matters(for pressure)so
now i'm not sure.........go to Tenecor.com and as them.......

Thicker is always better with acrylic so it doesn't bow out if you can go 3/4

anything above 24" tall with acrylic is 3/4" or greater.
