So i have been getting parts to build my plywood tank but one issue i have trouble with is finding a good table saw! I was wondering what table saw do people recommend for good cuts? I just want some opinions because i feel alot of them have mixed reviews.

If you've never used a table saw before, know that they can be a bit tricky for the inexperience.....especially for cutting lengthy plywood sheets.

My recommendation would be to have the store cut your plywood for you, and pick up a miter saw. Miter saws are awesome for quickly, precisely chopping up 2X4s and it takes up very little space. It is one of my most used power tools.

Any table saw will work. Most of the bad cuts I've had are from not having a large enough table to do it solo or not enough extra hands helping.

Get the cuts done for you and save yourself some money. A miter saw, as suggested, is a much better investment.

I've used this one for a few years now and I love it:

I just used it to cut the pieces for my plywood tank and I would strongly recommend getting someone to help rip the big pieces of plywood. With any table saw, the key is to keep whatever you're ripping firmly against the fence and that gets difficult by yourself when you're handling 3/4" sheets of plywood. It's also meant to be portable, which is convenient, but means it's a little lightweight, so it's best to block the wheels when ripping those heavy pieces. The same goes for any of the smaller tablesaws.

i want to make a plywood tank. so i am afraid of creating bad cuts. i have a miter saw already. i love it. i just need a table saw now. i had a tablesaw for christmas but when i got it the box was badly damaged and didnt bother opening it. so we returned it. so now im looking for a good table saw.

I use a Bosch table saw at work and it works well it's always good that the blade is sharp and not so beat up for precise cuts and have a helper

Dewalt on buy anything else. Circular saw will work just as good if you have steady hands

I use a dewalt table saw for half sheets or smaller and ripping boards. For full sheets I clamp my 4' level to the plywood and use it as a guide/fence.
