For all you fishermen among the fishkeepers, I have a list of ocean fish pairings for lake fish (I apologize if this belongs elsewhere)
Big bass (like largemouth) pair well with Atlantic marlin steak (make sure it comes from the Atlantic, as Pacific marlin is too lean)
Smaller fish, such as perch or rock bass, pair well with Chilean sea bass ( make sure to get sustainably caught Falkland island sea bass though)
Pickerel (walleye) pairs well with good quality Atlantic tuna, such as Vita Sana Spanish canned yellowfin tuna)
Panfish, like sunfish or crappie, pair well with Atlantic snappers, such as red snapper, grey snapper, or yellowtail snapper.
Hope this helps!
