Well like in another post i promise to go and look for a laaarge GT, since in the Guayas river i cant find big ones cause is winter(rain rain n more rain and the river level ups) just red terrors, im going to another province of my country named Los Rios, where these fish migrates in this period.

So im thinking in getting a red terror from this little trip, cause i wont take home the gt cause i already have a pair and this is just for a pic, and in a spanish forum they are asking me to get one cause noone in that forum have one and they would like to see wild ones.

BUT ALL THIS POST IS ABOUT, SHOULD I TAKE HOME A FEMALE OR A MALE?? WHICH ONE???/ i prefer female but what bout u?

BTW: i dont get them in my LFS cause here in Ecuador they dont sell green terrors neither red terrors, cause they are river fish that have a destination...your plate fried with some salt and onion:irked: anyway its normal:)

Hey
Why not do the perfect thing and get a pair :) PICTURES PICTURES!!!!

and while you're at it.... LUNGFISH PICS :) Pretty please!

I'd take a pair, but if it's one or the other, go with the female!

IMHO!

which one is more colorful...male or female?

Personally i don't think i could pass on the male, they are just as beautiful and just solid muscle. But neither sex will colour to their full potential without the other.
So get a pair. How could you not?
If it's a question of space, make space. You'll be glad you did.:headbang2

Id go female.

i agree female terrors rock:headbang2 , but don't sleep on the coloration of a stud male terror

Female has more of a chance in a community setting and colors fantasticly! If it is a single species tank, I would go male as the female allthough colorfull, will not color to pontential, without reason.......

IMHO
