Grass pickerel will grow to about 12" and require a 55 gallon tank minimum. They are members of the Esox genus and behave much like a Musky or Northern pike since they are very closely related. They will accept live foods but can be trained to frozen and dry foods with effort. As you might expect, they will eat any tankmate that can fit in their mouth but are also docile. They should not be kept with aggressive tankmates.
