You must feed snails and foreign saltwater shellfish that are not native nor part of the MBU's natural diet in order for it to get proper nutrition.

you are correct, I apologize for my incorrect blanket statement.

It makes complete sense now why one should feed shellfish from the ocean to these MBUs seeing as though they are brackish water puffers.
