When I'm dosing my tank with safe during w/c's I always try to sprinkle it in to allow it to dissolve instantly but there are always a few clumps that sink and take a minute or two to dissolve. Unfortunately some of my fish are "special" and think that this is food. Will it be harmful to them if they happen to eat a concentrated piece of safe? I wouldn't think it would be, but it never hurts to double check.

I pre-mix mine since I have some smaller tanks to dose, not just large ones, so I've not had that issue.
