I know Foreman was a murderous puncher.His fight with Ron Lyle and Joe Frazier showed how hard a hitter he was.I remember watching footage of him in training and it seemed like he would just work the heavybag for hours....just hitting it with hook after hook and one punch would knock the bag a few feet into the other direction.One of his bodyshots would fold Segal in half.
