My clown loaches are in an indoor pond and do the exact same in the morning if I delay the feeding....just in case I can't see they're there, lol..

Some of my lizards will constantly shove themselves up against the glass when I walk by. Most of my fish don't do it though since I don't have cichlids
The video is a bit dark as lights are off in the morning. What you're seeing there is clown loaches at the surface waiting to be fed. They open their mouths wide and poke their noses out of the the water waiting for the food like baby birds...The height is about 2.5 feet. If I taunted them a bit, they'd be splashing at my face..
