I forgot to put prime in when I changed my water. First time in years I forgot, within 30mins my yellow lab died (I was cooking dinner so I went to check on the tank) but the deformed and blind electric jack Dempsey is still alive and not looking well. 55gal. What should I do? All the pet stores are closed so can't get to anywhere in the morning, I dont have alot here except prime (which i immediately put in when I noticed the dead fish) and peroxide. Help please?

Try Walmart. They carry a dechlorinator and have late hours or ask a fellow hobbyist if you know any.

The closest Walmart is 25 mins away from my house and is closed in 10 mins. The electric blue is now at the bottom of the tank barely breathing. Unfortunately all the walmarts near me are closed due to covid hours so I'm screwed here with that but in the morning ill still make the trip and get it. After this fish died should I go ahead and do another water change just to be safe?

Depends on ur numbers. I’d hold on the water change for now. I’d just add the dechlorinator if i get it.
