Im in california, found a 12 inch delheezi for 20 bucks, great coloration wondering if this is an acceptable price?

He wanted 75, but I talked to the owner of the fish he said 20 I was like wow.

Went back there to buy the fish, guy told me he has to talk to his boss about selling it, I was like listen here, you boss told me the fish was 20 dollars, and that it was fine. and now I have to wait untill tomorrow to buy the fish.
