FOUND A BIG SNAIL

hi there i found a huge snail tonight out of his shell just wondering if i can but him in my tank with aro and bichirs or is it bad for them . bichirs will eat him for sure but i wanted to check if this would be healthy for them or bad for them ? i have feed them worms befor from my garden but never a snail .

anyone know if this would be fine or not ?

Escargot? Sounds delicious...Actually that sounds like a slug.

it might be a slug but i have never seen a slug that big . what do you think put him in the tankk or not ? i am just not sure .

not i wouldnt risk it the slime could be poisonous depending on what kind it is

once again I forgot to answer the question... Yes you can feed it to your fish. I have done it but a defense of slugs is to produce ungodly amounts of slime. Your fish will spit it out dozens of times to get rid of the slime. Pretty cool to watch. Sometimes though they will just stomach the thing.

thanks for the advise i think i am going to go with rottbo on this one i dont want slime to hurt my fish i was just wondering if it was a sure thing, now i am questioning it . choppers i would love to see this though i am quite curious to see what would happen but i think i am going to pass on putting it in .
