found an old pic

i found this old pic of my datnoid from back in november of '07. at first all it would eat was freeze dried krill

here it is now a good 6". now he eats anything i put in the tank, shrimp, pellets, krill, bloodworms i plan to keep him for a long time

Datnoids grow VERY slow. Inch a year for a 6"+.
Im sure sean has him in a large enaugh aquarium, he always takes good care of his fish.

That sounds about right. I have had tigers go from 2 to 6 inch on 2 years. Also had tigers go from 2 to 4 inch in the same time.
Depends on parameters / feedng / tank size.
Some just grow real slow or fast.

i had im in a 55g for a little over a year and now i have him in a 125g. he didn't start taking all kinds of pellets till this year and that's when i noticed a large growth spurt on him
