Found my peacock eel

A few months ago I lost my peacock eel and everyone was outgrowing him I thought he was eaten by a tank mate after I didn't see him for weeks. Last week I gave some aquarium decor and fish to a friend of mine Nd he gives me a call asking if I gave him an extra fish there was something he hadn't seen before. Sends me a picture and there's this long skinny eel. Crazy to me because he'd been in there for months without me knowing and he was not transported in water. He definitely grew to about 7-8 inches tho instead of the 4-5 I last had him at.

Oh wow. I had that happen with my striped raphael, poured him in and never saw it again 3 months later he just showed up. I have 2 bumble bee cats I have never seen after dropping in . They were small so I dunno if they didnt get eat. Anyways.... Cool story Bro. :thumbup:

Haha! We had that happen with a catfish we had. Hadnt seen him in months!
We moved, completely broke down our tank and reset it. Put a big log decoration back in the water, and out swims our cat!
