The last time my male bred with the mature female I had at the time I did not find any sperm in the tank. I added him back in with the females (now have 3 for him to breed with that are mature) and today I found sperm in the tank. Does this mean he was possibly successful or he 'missed' or no idea?

Just curious.

are u sure u didnt try to fertilize the eggs yourself

If u find a large sperm sac then he prob got her. The female will eject the sperm sac one or two days after being bred. If he missed then the sperm will just spray all over and cloud up the tank

Awesome news! Well tank is not cloudy and it was a good sized sac!

Time will tell. Good luck!

I'm gonna send you both of my clasper having idiots, so they can watch and learn what they're supposed to do with a tank full of mature females. I don't think they're ever gonna figure it out. :(
