Found this floating in my FH tank... wth?

Any clue what this could be? Found it floating in the tank, scooped it up immediately. Could it be something it pooped? I started feeding the FH Vita-Chem soaked pellets for 2 days then I found this tonight.
Sorry the pics are so bad but I tried my best with various lighting. It's slightly smaller than a piece of a tictac candy about 3mm long.

I have seen something like that in my basement from time to time. They are never alive always dead for some reason, I did some research on it, mine looks different but it’s probably some sort of carpet beetle or something like that in the house that happens to get in your time. That’s my opinion hope it helps a little.

Thanks for replying! Interesting. The thing I found was almost kidney bean shaped. I really think my little guy pooped it out.
