It's small, couldn't;t get a clearer shot, thinking maybe it's an Eyelash Viper.
Hard to tell. That's pretty cool and scary as hell at the same time.
Just did a Google search and yes the Eyelash Viper is native to parts of Panama.

One of the Embrera (indigenous people from the interior) came into the yard a few minutes ago, poked it with a stick, and when it didn't move, told us it was part of the branch.
We all had a good laugh.
