I'm finally ready to reconfigure my fish room and move out my 480G Wide setup, either as a direct sale or a trade-down (plus cash) to something smaller.
The package I'm offering is as follows:
480G acrylic tank (96" long, 48" wide, 24" tall, made with 3/4" acrylic)
DIY wood stand
DIY 180G acrylic sump (all media, tubing, bulkheads & pump included)
FX5 w/18W UV Sterilizer
3 lighting sets (one for each opening of the tank)
The tank has been used exclusively for my freshwater SA/CA monsters. When I first purchased it well over a year ago, it required some patching, sealing and polishing. The labor was well worth it as it's been running like a charm ever since.
Package price is $1900.
Tank and Stand Only Price is $1350.
Note: you will have to disassemble the stand in order to get it out of the house. I'll have the power tools here to take care of that.
If you think you have a large system to trade to offset part of the cash sale price, here are some examples of the tank sizes I'm looking for in the 225+G range (ACRYLIC ONLY):
72L x 24W x 36T (270G)
72L x 30W x 30T (280G)

Regardless, I'd like to get this deal moving along as quickly as possible. I'm willing to do a 50% cash down with 50% at time of pickup. Sorry folks, I'm not shipping this one anywhere.
Also, since I still have some livestock in the 480G that I'll be rehoming (see my other listing), we'll need to coordinate the timing. I'd like everything done no later than mid June.
