I know this doesn't belong here but, no one is answering in the breeding section. I have 2 flower horns both fertile.There is a divider in the tank where only there female can pass through. They aren't being aggressive at all but, when I remove the divider there is mild aggression. The male seems more interested in the divider than the female. I have covered the tank with newspaper and set the temp to 84-86. I have done water changes and put water back into the tank. I have had them for 4 days. Any advice please help.

How big are they? What size is the tank? If you've only had them for four days, they are going to be stressed and will need more time.
I've had the male for a while just got the female. Make is 8" and mature and female is 4-5" and mature.. 55gallon tank
