Could 1 porcupine puffer fish,1 northern stargazer, and 1 bursa trigger live in a 120g FOWLR system TOGETHER? and what kind of filter should i use? I heard HOB filters trap alot of salt and makes the water less salty.

not familiar with stargazers.. but unless it's huge it could work

HOB filters are fine i have them on 3 of my tanks

Ok my stargazer is bout 5-6" but if i put it in there it really kind of needs to be hand fed so i guess ill have to use tongs cuz im already affraid of my puffer thats 3-4".

This is what made me wonder if it would work

after a google search i would say no...

sounds like he'd try to eat at least one of them and end up choking...

dude you need to hook me up with some stargazers!!!!! they're amazing!!!

well it was during spring break i went to panama city beach and my friend caught one in a net and it ate a baby snook when it was in the containor so his dad said he would never be able to keep that in his tank so i doubt ill ever find one again...:(

No tankmates with stargazers. Yeep-- you'll start losing fish pretty quickly.
