Mike, what is wrong? Ive been trying to email u since last week regarding the refund but u have not been replying. Ive not receive the refund which u promised and this transaction has been dragging since Oct 2010!

And each time i post in your thread, u will delete it. Pls then act on it. You have been in this business for so long, im sure you know how to transfer money internationally or thru Paypal.

What is he supposed to do? He tried contacting him many time, I am sure multi P.M. also. If takes no time to make a refund, he is being a jerk!

I already suggested what he should do...seek a Lawyer. H20 is a MFK sponsor. This isn't this guys first post.

In this case, if the Company isn't responding to emails, do you think they are going to be reading the forum?

This isn't your typical 3 dead fish on delivery story. The OP is claiming he is out $30K. To me, that's a totally different matter and should be discussed professionally between the companies. I assume they have telephones? Certified Mail?

Shipping overseas is always risky. Heck, shipping stateside is risky enough. Was there a no DOA guarantee? I recall seeing similar threads against other vendors in the past. Guess it's not cool if they're also a sponsor here!
